To go hiking in the Alps you should work hard. Except technical and physical training this work includes:

• searching for maps of the area at the necessary scale - almost all areas of the Alps can be found on a few cards from different manufacturers and of different quality;
• weather analysis in the area for a few years - the compilation of statistics can help determine the best time of year to hike and number of days for possible bad weather;
• study on getting a visa in the country you want - in different Schengen countries there are different requirements for a visa, we will share experiences visa to Italy;
• search places of interest and attractions in the area or on the way to it - for us it is not just a hike, but the whole journey.
